About this project
Hershey’s Espresso was one of three videos developed as part of a series of spots created primarily in 3D, combining digital animation with VFX elements to achieve a more realistic integration. The project was carried out in collaboration with the production house Meraki Content and under the direction of Tania Croada.
Within this work, filmed material was used—such as the recording of a real hand—which was subsequently integrated into the 3D environment through tracking and compositing processes so that it interacted correctly with the elements in the scene.
The Magic Hammer team was responsible for the construction of the 3D environment, including scene modeling, lighting, camera animation, and the development of liquid simulations designed to visually represent the coffee and reinforce the product's concept.
The result was a dynamic visual piece that combines CGI and VFX, highlighting the texture, movement, and energy of the Hershey’s Espresso visual universe.
